About

I am not a backpacker. I’m also not a full-time traveler, though I wish I was but I digress–
I like to think that I am a part-time traveler. This means I take trips when I get some time off from work. I usually travel with my family, relatives, and friends, mainly to spend some quality time. But beyond that, traveling for me is to widen horizons; to take a pause from our usual places and habits; and to explore different places and learn about different ways of living.
As to my identity, I prefer to stay anonymous in this blog but just to give context:
I’m a 30-something year old female, Filipino, born and raised in the Philippines, and recently moved to Canada. I was 4 years old when I had my first domestic flight from Manila to Bohol, and my first international travel at 12 years old from Manila to Singapore. So far, I’ve been to 20+ countries. Regions I’ve seen so far include Southeast Asia, East Asia, North America, Southern, Northern, and Western Europe.
To respect the privacy of my travel companions, names mentioned here are not their real names.
